We really want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not, simply email us and we'll exchange or refund it to the credit or debit card of the person who originally placed and paid for the order. Please see below for products excluded from this policy.
Under Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, if you buy online or by phone, your consumer rights entitle you to a full refund if you request one in writing within 14 working days of receipt. This includes any delivery charge, but excludes the products listed as exceptions below.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Products we're unable to cancel, refund or exchange
We can't offer refunds or exchanges, unless faulty or not as described, on the following items:
- products which have been personalised for you, such as stationery or gifts
- made to order products such as made to measure items
- perishable goods such as food or plants
Bespoke items: Where a product has been specially ordered for you, unless faulty, we're unable to refund or offer an exchange. We're unable to accept cancellations for these orders, unless within 24 hours of the order being placed. We'll make this clear when you place your order.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will then be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £30, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance and retaining the proof of postage as we may require signed proof of delivery. Beyond the Fridge is not responsible for returned goods being lost or damaged in transit.
